Rampart Dealer Requirements

WELCOME TO THE NEW RAMPART DEALER WEBSITE.

The Rampart Dealer Website is an online shop for our Dealer Partners that provides a quick and easy method to get your products quickly and efficiently. So you can spend less time purchasing and more time selling to your customers. 

 

As a Rampart Dealer you get access to special pricing on a wide range of exclusive products and fast, same-day shipping on in-stock items.

 

Our new website will allow you to request terms on payments over $2,500 and will allow you to purchase products on back order


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

All dealer applicants must operate their business in Canada, and must also meet one of the following requirements:

- You must have an established online store

- At least one brick and mortar storefront location

TIMELINES FOR ACTIVATION

Applications typically take up to 14 business days to get verified. Rampart reserves the right to restrict anyone from becoming a member of the Dealer Program.

ACCESSING AN EXISTING ACCOUNT

Welcome to our new website. If you held an active account with Rampart on our old site, we have brought over your account. You do not need to re-apply. You WILL need to reset your password to access your account. You can do so here. Your order history, addreses or saved payment methods have not been brought over. If you wish to access any of your historical account information, please call us at 1-844-729-0446 or send us an email at dealer@rampartcorp.com.

BACK-ORDERING PRODUCTS

On the Rampart Dealer Website, you can back-order products. Please carefully observe the inventory levels on our product pages. If the quantity you wish to purchase exceeds the amount of product available, we will partially ship your order and advise you of an approximate ETA for the remainder of your products to arrive in our warehouse. Orders will be sent out on a first come first serve basis. 

 

Important backorder notes: If you wish to use payment terms on an order with backordered products, you must place two orders: one with in-stock items, one with backordered items. This way we can structure payment 30 days post delivery of the back-ordered products.

- If an order contains both in-stock and back-ordered products, the back-ordered products will be canceled and refunded. You will be notified via email to place that order again. 

- Orders with only backordered products will be billed 30 days after the products are aquired and delivered to you. 

 

We will only provide two shipments of product at our cost. By default we will consolidate your backorders into two shipments (usually in-stock and backordered). If you have multiple backorders and wish them shipped individually as they arrive please contact us to arrange payment for these additional shipments.

 

PAYMENT TERMS AVAILABLE

Payment terms are available to those who request it for orders over $2,500. When proceeding through the checkout, select the payment option for 'net 30' and complete your order. When we recieve your order, we will be in touch to confirm your order details and set up payment in 30 days.

I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. WHAT DO I DO?

When we make the switch to our new Dealer Website, we will re-issue you your email and password for this new website. If you have not recieved your new password and login, you can try resetting your password, or contacting support at dealer@rampartcorp.com.
